Executive Chairman
Having co-founded IFX in 2005, Nick led the evolution of IFX from its original form as a fast-growing FX brokerage company into the vibrant and reliable fintech of today. As Chairman, Nick is now responsible for setting high governance standards and overseeing Board decision making.

Chief Executive Officer
Will is responsible for our wider strategic initiatives, managing key stakeholders across the group as well as identifying new projects and potential growth opportunities. Will holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2013.

Steve is a chartered accountant with over 20 years professional experience, including 10 years at IFX, where he has managed and developed all accounting and financial management functions driven by his detailed, granular knowledge of treasury management systems.

Having joined IFX in its formative years, James has been a significant contributor in establishing IFX's payment network and support function. Now he is responsible for the day-to-day operations function which includes FX trading, all inbound and outbound transactions and providing client support for our FinTech products.

Martin brings over 27 years of experience in the financial sector to IFX; including time at Barclays Bank PLC where he was Head of Finance and Brokers providing a variety of banking services to non-bank financial institutions. Martin advises on all areas of the business including company strategy, performance and risk.
